Deidi A. Sánchez is an educator and visionary with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. She is skilled in leadership, diversity, strategic planning, federal compliance, and supporting the development of NGOs. She has over 15 years of experience in the area of educational program development and fiscal oversight.
Ms. Sánchez graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a minor in Spanish Literature, a B.A. in Anthropology, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Educational Administration. In addition, she recently completed a Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
With the passion and vision of Ms. Sanchez, United We Lead Foundation will continue to strive to create a diverse network of professionals and leaders, including educators, advocates, innovators, and community members to ensure all students, regardless of their background have an equal opportunity to learn, thrive, influence and lead.
Deidi is a Dreamer and a DACA recipient who migrated to the United States at the age of 14 from México. She is passionate about improving education and empowering underserved youth. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, practicing yoga, and listening to her favorite podcasts.
The combination of her experience, culture, and drive makes her an ideal fit for our United We Lead Foundation for the next stages of growth.
